The flexibility of the etching process makes it a viable option whether you are producing large quantities of parts or small quantities for prototype evaluation. The beauty of the process is that if any design changes are required, they can be implemented in a matter of hours at little or no cost thus minimising any disruption to your manufacturing schedules.

In addition, etching quickly produces burr free components thus eliminating the need for secondary deburring operations which saves you time and money. Etching does not introduce any stresses into the material and whether your material is a hard rolled or annealed grade, the etching chemicals will go through it just the same - all this without affecting the RoHS compliance of your end product!
