Form in Place Gasketing

For applications where electromagnetic compatability is an issue, Form in place gasketing is offered to ensure conductivity between mating parts of component housings helping to immunise the electronic devices inside from sources of external interferrence.

Qualitetch has invested in form-in-place gasket technology over the past 4 years and have procured a CNC applicator to achieve high precision bead height along the total bead length. Once programmed, the application path will be stored for all future batches ensuring fast turnaround and repeatability.
