Reporting to the Finance Manger the role will have responsibility for carrying out all procurement activities within the business. Working with Sales and Production Cells to negotiate /develop supplier base with targeted cost reduction and continuous improvement programme. CIPs qualification (or equivalent) with strong track record of cost reduction and experience of working within a SME, would be an advantage Sales Engineer Reporting to Commercial Manager the role will include development of new and existing client base, preparing quotations from engineering drawings. Visiting clients and attending trade exhibitions both UK and Abroad. Minimum Btec /NVQ level 3 in an Engineering discipline plus sales experience would be an advantage, however full training would be given. Production Operators Initial requirement for three new recruits to spearhead the creation and operation of new production line. This line will expand over the next 12 months and involve the need for shiftwork. Experience preferred however full training will be given on a range of production processes, Qualified to NVQ2 or equivalent.
