Metal Stamping

Qualitetch also offer a metal stamping facilty dedicated to producing your metal components. This can be more suited to volume work of parts once finalised for production after the initial prototype stage.

Offering this service enables you the option of the "one stop shop" for metal components either flat or formed, as parts can be proved off using photo chemical etching and if suited can be volume run for main production.

Qualitetch can produce in-house progression hard tools to be run on either two of our 30 tonne presses offering very competitve manufacturing rates.

As global component manufacturers we are very aware we need to offer our customers varying solutions in manufacturing of metal components and not just etched metals or metal etching using either photo etching, metal stamping, wire erosion or laser cutting.
