Metal Stamping
Qualitetch also offer a metal stamping facilty dedicated to producing your components. This can be more suited to volume work of parts once finalised for production after the initial prototype stage.
Offering this service enables you the option of the "one stop shop" for metal components, as parts can be proved off using chemical etching and if suited can be volume run for main production.
Qualitetch can produce in-house progression hard tools to be run on either two of our 30 tonne presses offering very competitve manufacturing rates.
